Creativa is proud to announce new beginnings following their acquisition by the technology, innovation and media group Scoleri & Williams.
This exciting change will see Creativa join as the third content creation business in the Scoleri & Williams group, alongside 7-YM (Software Development) and Ultimerse (Mixed Reality Gaming / Entertainment). The new collective will allow Creativa to start producing powerful content in new mediums beyond live-action and animation videos, by harnessing Virtual and Augmented Reality, 360º, and Personalised and Interactive Videos.
The Creativa, 7-YM and Ultimerse family
Creativa will still continue to deliver their award-winning corporate, training, government and explainer videos but will now offer a broader content scope. In announcing the acquisition Scoleri & Williams CEO, Julie Snagg said, “we are excited to welcome Creativa into our content creation family and wish to sincerely acknowledge former owners, Damian Blumenkranc and Miguel Donnenfeld”.
Julie added, “over the past few months both Miguel and Damian have been diligently transitioning day-to-day control to our newly promoted General Manager – Steven Moore and Executive Producer – David Heinrich. Both David and Steven have been with Creativa for 5 years, so there is absolute continuity and transition of leadership following the purchase”.
Creativa General Manager Steven Moore said “we’re delighted to be part of this cutting-edge collective and we’re excited to start expanding our creative offerings. We’re looking forward to introducing ourselves to all our partners in the coming months. During this time, it’s also incredibly important to us that our clients continue to experience the same high level of service and continuity”.
The acquisition will see Creativa’s studio move from Elsternwick to an open, purpose-built warehouse property at 527 Spencer St, West Melbourne in May.
