If we need more information, we’ll get in touch with you for an exploration call. Then we’ll assess your requirements and come back to you with a proposal. You can accept this proposal, which will kick off your project with us.
Step 1 of 6
This is a meeting with key team members (ours, and yours) and project stakeholders (yours!) to make sure we leave with a deep understanding of your goals and requirements, plus the project’s content and creative execution. This equals a solid brief that we work from to align our team and yours. Immersive content can be pretty complex, so knowing exactly what we want to achieve is important.
Step 2 of 6
Pre-production = before we make your video. Pre-production starts once we’re aligned on vision and strategy. Our creative team will work with you on the style, the script and the storyboard. Oh, and we’ve built in feedback points all through the immersive video production pipeline, so you’re as involved as much or as little as your calendar allows. You’ll get a timeline so you can keep track of it all.
Step 3 of 6
We’ve got the storyboard, the script and the vision. Yay! If your video has a voiceover, we will record that now. We’ll start looking into what kind of music fits your video. This is where we will begin the filming, or animation, depending on our approach and what medium of immersive content we’ve chosen.

The home stretch. Our team will put in the final touches, like editing or sound design.
Step 5 of 6
It’s all done, and now we’ve just got to get it to you. You’ll get a file straight to your inbox with the final video (or videos), thumbnails, any extra assets you may have requested (e.g. subtitles) and any music licences that you may need. Depending on what kind of immersive content we’ve made, we may need to work with your team to set up hosting on your website, for example.
