Warren, who goes by the nickname “Sev”, brings with him a wealth of experience in the film, video production, and animation industries, having worked on countless projects for high-profile clients over the years. His passion for storytelling and expertise in the latest technologies make him the perfect fit for our dynamic team.
So, without further ado, let’s raise a glass to Sev and his new role as Head of Sales. Here’s to a bright and prosperous future together!
Sev is a commercially oriented media sales director and leader with over 17 years’ experience in creating, producing, selling, and acquiring TV and media content. He has extensive international experience, having worked and lived in Los Angeles for two years as VP of Sales and Content Development.
He has connected content with targeted audiences and brands to get high ratings, views, and engagement, which has helped franchises and businesses grow.
This is underpinned by his proven editorial judgement, in-depth knowledge, a keen interest in media trends, strong relationships with creatives, and a substantial understanding of the sale process.
Sev’s vast experience in international media content and entertainment companies extends across broadcast and cable networks, video-on-demand platforms, and production companies, he has held key leadership roles at WTFN, Fred Media, and sports production company, Inverleigh.
As Sev puts it, “Joining Creativa is a natural fit for me. Given my background in production and sales, Creativa allows me to be more client-facing than I was in the television industry. The pace at Creativa is a lot faster from pitch to production, and this is something that drives me daily when I plan my week and my diary.
To lead the sales division and grow the department is a massive show of faith from the owners, Anthony and Julie, and the timing is ideal for my career. And I have to say, the entire team is incredibly talented!
For me, it’s all about executing for our clients. That’s my goal.
From there, it’s about streamlining the internal processes to be as efficient as possible. Time is everything, and efficiency pays back time.
Ultimately, I want to make everyone at Creativa as busy as possible.. It’s about trust and delivering for our clients.
In my opinion, Creativa is only getting started, with a significant amount of work on the horizon. Content remains king, and video consumption is up, so we’re well-positioned to capitalise. “
